Susan and John Norton recently attended the AeroLab Gala and it was a big success! A fun evening that raised enough money for 8-10 youth flying scholarships! Practical Aeronautics was honored to be a sponsor at this event.

Students spoke about the impact of their experiences, three of them are pilots John soloed in past years of the glider program. Each of these students was asked to talk about their experience with Aerolab as well as a highlight for them. After they all spoke, they were asked to present a lamp to someone who made a big impact upon their life. One of the students, Johnny C., presented his lantern to John and said that he was and is a big influence in his life.

We are proud of John and the work he does not only teaching adults, but also teaching our younger generation and being a positive influence upon them!
